Winter in the Treek Forest

Last year we had one (!) day with snow. So I made a lot of pictures in the Treek Woods . Between my home-town and the city of Amersfoort.
 This weeks I'm painting what I,ve seen.

My seascapes are rather big, but I found out that painting winterscenes on a smaller size gives more the "feeling of the scene"

I love the shadows on the frozen pond, so I tried to capture the feeling
